A new development deserves more than a brochure online. We brought the brand, homes and location together in a detailed, customisable website built around the way buyers explore a place to live.
The brief was to introduce a new development with the same care given to the homes themselves. Buyers needed to understand the setting, explore the development and find the information that would help them take the next step. The website had to respect the brand guidelines while giving the team a platform they could continue to update as the development evolved.
We began with the business, the brand and the intended buyer journey. What should a visitor feel on arrival? What would they need to know before making an enquiry? Those questions informed the structure, from the development overview and individual pages to location information and interactive maps. Visual design and practical navigation were developed together, rather than treated as separate exercises.
A brand-new, multi-page website with customisable content, interactive maps and clear routes through the development. The delivery included website optimisation, SEO foundations, an email delivery system for enquiries, and a considered page directory with redirects. A distinctive visual experience brings the development to life without getting in the way of finding a home or starting a conversation.

Winchester prices, not London prices.
We are based in Winchester, so our starting points reflect that. The pricing page sets out what each band includes so you can decide whether a conversation makes sense.
Questions local businesses ask.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We are in Winchester and happy to meet in town for a coffee or at your office. For most projects we also work by call and email in between, so a meeting is a conversation rather than a long trip for either of us.
How long does a project take?
Most websites launch in a matter of weeks rather than months. We agree a delivery plan at the start with the points where we need your feedback, so the timing is clear from day one.
What does it cost?
Websites start at £2,500 for Starter and £3,500 for Complete, which is the most common project. Site and systems starts at £6,000. SEO, care and automation are separate. See the pricing page for what each one includes.
Do you work with businesses outside Winchester?
Yes. The studio is here, but most of our clients are elsewhere in the UK. Being local is a convenience, not a requirement. We will say so plainly if we think a project is a better fit for someone else.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
George and Nicholas, the two founders. The same two people from the first conversation through to launch and beyond. There are no account managers in between.
