George & Nicholas.

The two people who plan, design and build your website, and answer your messages while they do it. No account manager, no hand-offs, no chain of people passing the brief along.

Clarendon Park website

Who this is for. And who it is not.

01

Right for you if the website has a job to do.

More enquiries, more bookings, a clearer story. We build websites as working parts of a business, and we will ask what yours needs to achieve before we design a page.

02

Wrong for you if lowest price is the only measure.

There will always be a cheaper quote. If the only thing that matters is the smallest possible number, we are not the right studio, and we would rather say so now than waste your time.

03

Wrong for you if you want to hand it over and vanish.

A good website needs your input at a few key points: the brief, the content, the approval. We keep it light, but if you never want to think about it again, we are not the right fit.

Local proof

Clarendon Park

43 homes. Winchester.

A new development deserves more than a brochure online. We brought the brand, homes and location together in a detailed, customisable website built around the way buyers explore a place to live.

The brief was to introduce a new development with the same care given to the homes themselves. Buyers needed to understand the setting, explore the development and find the information that would help them take the next step. The website had to respect the brand guidelines while giving the team a platform they could continue to update as the development evolved.

We began with the business, the brand and the intended buyer journey. What should a visitor feel on arrival? What would they need to know before making an enquiry? Those questions informed the structure, from the development overview and individual pages to location information and interactive maps. Visual design and practical navigation were developed together, rather than treated as separate exercises.

A brand-new, multi-page website with customisable content, interactive maps and clear routes through the development. The delivery included website optimisation, SEO foundations, an email delivery system for enquiries, and a considered page directory with redirects. A distinctive visual experience brings the development to life without getting in the way of finding a home or starting a conversation.

Questions Winchester businesses ask.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. The studio is in Winchester, so meeting for a coffee or at your office is easy. Between meetings we work by call and email, so nothing depends on a long trip for either of us.

How much does a website cost?

Starter is £2,500 for up to 5 pages. Complete is £3,500 for 8 to 12 pages with SEO foundations, enquiry and booking journeys and analytics handover. Site and systems starts at £6,000. The pricing page sets out what each includes.

How long does it take?

Most websites launch in weeks, not months. We agree a delivery plan at the start, including the points where we need your feedback, so the timing is clear from day one.

Will I be able to update it myself?

Yes. Everyday content is yours to change without a developer, and the launch handover shows you how. Larger changes and new functionality are scoped separately, with the cost agreed before we do the work.

Do you do the SEO as well?

Every site we build is SEO-ready from day one: structure, speed and the foundations Google needs. Ongoing local SEO, the map pack and reviews are a separate service, with its own page on this site.

What if I already have a site that is mostly fine?

Start with the free 24-hour audit. We will show you what is working, where enquiries are being lost, and whether improving what you have makes more sense than replacing it. If it does, we will say so.

Talk to the people who would build it.

Tell George and Nicholas about your business and what the new website needs to do. Three fields, straight to the founders.
